Glenn will carefully create your fitness plan based on the initial free 45 minute consultation, which determines your nutrition & exercise requirements. Glenn's training and advice is very specific and tailored to each clients needs. No matter what your goal, Glenn will put his all into helping you achieve your desired results, including;
The free 45 minute consultation involves an in-depth discussion in order to establish your prior experience of fitness, your current health and your goals. Glenn will record injuries, illnesses and any medication taken in order to ensure that the programme enhances your health and wellbeing. Resting pulse rate and blood pressure will be taken and, if comfortable, weight and any body measurements will also be taken. These specific figures will allow a more accurate reading of how you have progressed throughout the training sessions.
As a GH Fitness client, you will be provided with a personalised exercise programme to be worked on outside of the sessions. Glenn will also advise on nutrition and show how exercise and healthy eating really do go hand-in-hand.
Train With a Friend
If you fancy something a little different, GH Fitness also offers 'train with a friend/partner’. These are not watered-down sessions - you can expect the same high quality instruction as one-to-one sessions, the only difference is that you are able to share the cost.
Obstacle Course Training
Glenn is a Tough Mudder and Spartan veteran. After having trained himself in order to successfully complete these obstacle courses, he has trained and prepared many clients for the potential obstacles they will face. Glenn’s studio has the equipment needed to replicate some of the challenges faced in these more and more popular, intense races.
